Robert A. Mason, creator of the Common Black College Application (CBCA), died on August 2nd. The app he created has helped more than 500,000 students apply to HBCUs. Mason was a graduate of Viriginia State University and Clark Atlanta University. He worked for decades in student admissions and services.
