Dr. Ionia Rollin Whipper joined the ancestors (Sept 8, 1872 - Apr 13, 1953). Obstetrician, public health outreach worker. One of the few Black women physicians of her generation, 1 of 4 women in her 1903 graduating class at Howard Medical School.
