This informational blog provides material on Critical Race Theory. Simply put, Critical Race theory is a critical examination of the law and how it engages and intersects with issues of race. It examines social, cultural and legal issues and their relationship to race and racism. Some of the founders of the movement include legal scholars Derrick Bell, Kimberle Crenshaw and Patricia Williams to name a few.
