Disrespecting Our Service: Lt. Caron Nazario and Excessive Force

This informational blog contains news articles related to the traffic stop in Windsor, Virginia involving Army Reserve Officer Lt. Caron Nazario and former Windsor police officer Joe Gutierrrez in December 2020. During the incident, Nazario was repeatedly pepper sprayed by Gutierrez as he attempted to comply with the officer's instructions during a traffic stop.
