#OTD Feb 8, 1974: Sitcom ‘Good Times’ debuts on the CBS TV network. Created by Eric Monte and Michael Evans, developed by Norman Lear, the series' primary executive producer, it ran until Aug 1, 1979. It is a spin-off of Maude, which was a spin-off of All in the Family.
