Victoria Gray Adams joined the ancestors (Nov 5, 1926 - Aug 12, 2006). Civil rights activist from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, one of the founding members of the influential Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party. She along with Fannie Lou Hamer and Annie Devine led the 70-member contingent that attempted to be seated at the 1964 Democratic National Convention.
