Richie Havens joined the ancestors (Jan 21, 1941 - Apr 22, 2013). Singer/songwriter, guitarist. His music encompassed elements of folk, soul and R&B. He had a rhythmic guitar style (often in open tunings). He opened Woodstock in 1969 and also did voiceovers for TV commercials.
