Institutional Racism and the United Kingdom: Does It Exist?

This blog explores the heated debate raging in Great Britain regarding the existence of institutional racism. Much of the debate has been sparked by the release of Report of the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities. This report studied all aspects of British life and is 258 pages in length (see below).
