This informational blog explores the classic Eyes on the Prize series, which was first produced in 1987. The project consists of 14 episodes. It was divded into two parts: Eyes on the Prize: America's Civil Rights Years, 1954-1965 and Eyes on the Prize II: America at the Racial Crossroads, 1965-1985. The project was directed by Henry Hampton and narrated by Julian Bond.
